Lookin for the perfect MMORPG..for me

Hey everyone Im new here.  Ive been lookin for the perfect game for me and wanted to ask you guys what you thought.  Some of the things im looking for are

Pets- Either a creature handling profession or something along those lines

Homes- I gotta have a home, big plus if I could decorate it

Thats pretty much it, I know that thats the way life is but im only 17 and goin to colledge so i cant have pets or my own home.  Another big plus is Fantasy although I will play sci-fi.  Ive allready tried out Starwars galexies and FFXI and neither of them really did it for me past a couple of months so dont suggest those. I currently play WoW but it doesnt totally satisfy me (ive been begging for them to add houses but I think my prayrs are falling on def ears) so I wanted to try something else on top of WoW.  Let me know what you guys think!

I suppose you could try EQ2 which is a fantasy MMORPG. Evidently you can buy house pets and teach them tricks and that sort of thing. They also have a scout class, so perhaps there is a pet to be had there? You can have and decorate your own house and, if you like, you can make your own furniture. They have alledgedly made the game much more solo friendly, too. If you enjoy questing, there must be thousands of them. I was just looking at a database listing the quest and it was nearly never ending!

What you want is UO it has the most house custiminzation out there and it has TONS of things to tame. It has the prebuilt ones like in other games but it also has a custimization options where you buy a plot size (from 7x7 to 16x16) and build the walls walls and floors and doors how you want and you can place grass and water and waterfalls to make a garden ext all items can be locked down and arranged in the house to try to make it looks like certian things ext. The pets range from dogs, cats, cows and bulls to firesteeds, giants beetles, hiryus, and dragons.

If you mean a pet like in WoW, then I dunno. DAoC you can charm pets, summon pets, own and decorate your  house. DApC's housing is by far the most versatile housing going on, imo.

I play DAoC and I love it! I would tell you for sure download the 14 day free trail and give it a go. make sure to check out the BG's and the new classic servers would be a blast with all the people at lower levels.
