Well I guess we can assume that Nintendo has jack diddly squat as far as a trademark or copyright case with Palworld since I'm pretty sure they would have filed something by now if they did.

Nintendo just sued them but so far no details on what exactly constitutes the infringement. Have to wait and see what the lawsuit says.

Yeah, corporate lawyers get paid their salaries no matter who they sue, but they are also bonused on their performance (wins) I'm sure.
