Idea for a game

I was just realizing that most MMORPGs are all fantasy related and your mainly a human type character fighting monsters and such. Are there any games where you are playing the role of like an alien or a monster and you have to fight humans? I think that would be a bit of a change for things...just a thought

 Cool idea. Maybe it could be a world of human npc's and the real players are all evil monsters trying to take over the lands.

    My idea would be having the players split up until 6-8 races and each race shares their own land. Everyone in the community builds up their races towns and cities. Of course it would be more complex than this. Your race has to work together to not just build up your character, but to build up your cities by building apartments for your friends in your race to live in, creating shops and hopefully at cheap prices, defending your town such as putting up scout towers, hiring npc guards, ect. You can customize the city however you like it to look by building things from scratch. Also, the more quests you do not only benifits your player, but adds to the community points which transfers into money for the city to spend.

  And of course what's building up a city without attacking other races cities? Which would be the most fun in the game. I could go on and on about this idea... but right now i'm too tired.

if you read my post early bout my new game in progress ROTD i was thinking i could fit this in some how like as in giving you the abilty to fit as a dragon or such againest humans that dislike you but i was thining of keeping that to a side feature if i was to do it somthing you can access as i high level player and were board

Erm to my knowledge very few games are human only playable characters.Once i remember are UO,AC and to most extent AO.

However EQ has a huge variety of playable races such as the iksar(reptiles) and the cat like thingie and so on.

AC2 , 2 of the mobs from the original AC are now playable.

SWG has alien races -wookies,bothains,rodians and some other thingie from the movie.

Horizons gonna have playable dragons .

In many of this games there are evil human npcs that you as a non human can kill.SWG for one is filled with bad humans hehe(or nice ones you just wanna kill LOL).

Also there are many non fantasy games out there.

Sci-fi - SWG,AO,eve online,earth and beyond,neocron  and more.

There is even a sims online MMORPG for those that don't want combat at all and reality like MMORPG.Also there is tales in the desert.
