Euro server questions

I was wondering how the euro servers work. Do you have your own server list? so if i had a friend in europe me and him couldnt play on the us servers? If someone that plays wow on the euro server can get back to me that would be cool thank you for your time.

EU have their own server list.

For a european to play on an american server I believe they need an american version, I could be wrong about this, but I know americans need EU versions to play on our servers so I assume it's pretty much the same.

That is correct - only the US version connects to US servers, only the Euro version connects to Euro servers. Either you have to get the Euro version, or they have to get the US version, but be forewarned, they won't help solve connectivity or billing issues if you are using the wrong software for your region.

Unfortunately, the European servers are seperate and the European version of the game is required. If you wish to play together, either of you will have to buy another version (you buying the European one or vice versa).
