I cant remember the name of it, but it was a lot of fun! It had hundreds of thousands of loot and the better the loot, the further into the dungeon you was able to go! It was free to play with a online hub, had very WoW like graphic style, Third person view. Everything about it screamed WoW but was very limited to just dungeon crawling. It had a town hub where you could sell junk gear, buy better gear to fight for better loot. It seemed endless, but I cant remember a whole lot about it. It was a very long time ago, but I would love to eb able to find this and see if its still around or what became of it. I remember I found it when I used to play on the GPotato free to play mmo website. At the time I used to play all their games like FlyFF, but thats basically all I can remember... If someone has any clues to lead me to this game I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you for your time and consideration!

I probably shouldve described it better... Here additonal info...
Platform(s): PC
Genre: Online Free To Play dungeon Crawler
Estimated year of release: Somewhere between 1998 to 2012.
Graphics/art style: Wow or even Torchlight 2 type of art style, Cartoonish but not childish, Very bright and colorful, whimsical, cheerful, humorous to some extent.
Notable characters: Humans for sure. Over exaggerated Male Hero from Medieval Era. Some of the shop keepers couldve been mutants (frogs, bears, etc) but I cant be sure. I dont think you could play as anything else but human
Notable gameplay mechanics: Dungeon cave crawling looter with MMO style of gameplay, 3D Third Person View - tab/target play with spells and actions on hotbar. TONS of loot to wear, sell or even upgrade in town hub area. It felt never ending. Online with other players in hub town, You could chat with others but I cant remember if there was a party system in place. There were shops in town where you could sell loot, upgrade looted gears or even buy common gears to help you out till you acquired better gear. Tons of gears that could be customized to give you a specific look and make you stand out to some degree. No Open World, there was a small town hub and a portal(s) to go into the dungeons.
Other details: Its def not Fate or Sherwood Dungeon but it reminded me of Sherwood Dungeon but no open world. Only a small town hub and portal(s) to go into dungeons. If I heard the name or saw a picture of it, it would def click for me... I dont believe the game is still around however, maybe?
Welcome to the forums!
Those are proper MMORPG's he is after a dungeon crawler where I think you can only meet people in a central hub.
Mythos (2011)
Eldevin (2009)
Adventurequest?
Runescape?
Tibia?
DungeonRunners?
Hellgate London?
Sacred?
Silverfall?
Those are the ones I could come up with.

Kyleran on yours sincerely
'But there are many. You can play them entirely solo, and even offline. Also, you are wrong by default.'
Ikcin in response to yours sincerely debating whether or not single-player offline MMOs exist...
'This does not apply just to ED but SC or any other game. What they will get is Rebirth/X4, likely prettier but equally underwhelming and pointless.
It is incredibly difficult to design some meaningfull leg content that would fit a space ship game - simply because it is not a leg game.
It is just huge resource waste....'
Gdemami absolutely not being an armchair developer
I am glad I answered it for you BUT I may now be responsible for Skynet becoming self-aware.
That was an impressive guess though...I dont remember that game at all.
