Im looking for a MMORPG to play.
I really want full loot, open pvp. Just like UO was initally.
It makes the pvp interesting to me and gives me a reason to chase PVM rewards.
What current MMORPGs and future releases offer this?

I would love to see PvP with a full loot system in DnL. It adds an element to the game that you don't get with others. No one wants to lose their hard earned items in a fight that could take 20 seconds to finish. This means people will be more wary of who they fight and where they are. Rather then recklessly traveling down the unsafe yet quicker way, you will go down the safe path. Also, when guilds come into the picture, people will have to think before they just go in for the kill. "Oh, he/she is a member of <add guild naem here>, if I kill her I have to deal with all of them."
I believe Asheron's Call 1 has full looting, but they may or may not have taken out since the last time I played. If you are interested in a game with that kind of looting then I would check it out and see if you still drop items when you are killed.
Yes if Shadowbane sucked then it wouldn't have the best pvp and only game that allows you to make citys... yes that must suck.
LOL in pre Trammel UO there were one or two guilds that ruled the Mid Atlantic shards and pked who they wished whenever they wanted , newbies led a rough life for a while there. Everyone had at least one or two alts. I used to gank noobs with one character and strip of their possessions then depending on their attitude, log on with a different character and then befriend them and give them new stuff and they never suspected that their good friend was the one who had ganked them. It worked the other way around too if someone pissed me off.
Anyway that is one reason I am looking forward to this game if NPCube can manage to get it's act together, I miss the excitement of knowing that I could be ganked at every step and end up with nothing but rags. It adds a lot of excitement to the game in my opinion.
I miss DAoC
