Now, the answer to original question. I'd suggest Shadowbane, it has Open PvP with Open loot. Additionally, there's a brand new server opening in next few weeks, which is a perfect opportunity to start fresh with other experienced players and get the most out of game. You can get a 25 day trial from Fileplanet, or a 20 day trial from here.
Eve online if you favor a blend of PvP and PvE, the game brilliantly offers both (although, and I'm not joking, you might wanna wait a month or so training skills). Its also completly skill-based, no levels.
Roma Victor is a good game to go with if you want a history based full PvP game.
The only problem with shadowbane, so ive heard, is graphical, but I wouldnt know yet.

do me a favor and read the other posts ive made in all the other threads ive replied to before judging me. i post everyday so maybe i can help people out. just because i disagree with someones methods of doing things doesnt make me a child. if you read further on this thread you would have seen i did make a recommendation and i explained what i meant. i can care less if im older than someone else and im not the one who started the whos older than who battle. i was in a bad mood yesterday and i took it out the wrong way and i apologize. but again read more of my posts before making serious accusations that i might be a child. thankyou.

Yes, the graphics look dated, but there is no other game like it. Its the most tight community you can have, because you MUST depend on your nation to survive, unlike these other "RvR" games where it doesnt matter at all if you work with your "realm/nation".

Maybe if you learned to interact like a human being you would not have to spend hours reading sites because you could ask another more knowledgeable person. You will learn as you grow older that most great things require help from others to accomplish, so leaving your room once in a while and making real life friends would probably be advised.
