I just recently started playing gunz and i have a few question how the hell do you make money on it and why isnt it like in a city and stuff open like mmos insted fo going to games and just killing each other for the hell of it??

Well first, you get money (bounty) by killing other players. The higher the level compared to you, plus other factors (head shots, multiple kills, etc) will earn you more bounty. As for your second question, Gunz Online is not an mmorpg, no where does it state it is.
All I can say is learn SlashShot Period If you can learn that move at an early level when other people dont know what it is you can come in first almost all the time.The move is complicated and takes practice to be able to do in combat but once you get it down you can pretty much come in first every time, well atleast I did.

1. (Start with sword) Jump in the air then dash forward by double tapping "W"
2. After double tapping "W", slash and hold left click
3.switch to desired weapon (reccomend shotgun), still holding left click the gun should auto-shoot.
4.Now you need to do steps 1-3 before you hit the ground. Jump once you hit the ground.
5.switch back to sword
6.Rinse and repeat
If you can get this move down you are the true mark of a good player.It looks daunting but with a couple days practice you can get it. I started learning it at level 6 and had it down like nothing by level 10. Also at level 18 it is almost mandatory to get your level 18 rifle or at least that is what the majority do.Also stay away from the dagger to many noobs use it and requires no skill and gets annoying to other people at some point.BE A MAN AND STICK WITH THE SWORD!!!

There is no Shame in using daggers espcially if your good at the game. I use daggers on my alt character and pretty much get called a "hacker" because I win alot with my alt.
If you're a former Quake or UT player, get a dual submachine guns. You'll be amazed at how quickly they fall in the earlier levels. Later on you'll need some serious melee skills though.
