hey i dont seem to be able to pre order it to canada?

is it me or these pre order bonus are only available to resident of the US ?

also why the heck wouldnt i be able to just download it from the online store like i can if i purchase CoH.

btw i saw the trailer with the bank heist , now that seems very very interesting :) :)


anyone got a clue?

    I got my pre order from EB games. You may not be able to order on line but I am sure if you were to call up to a EB near you they may be able to do the order over the phone?
