Stuck in combat bug

Well I just started getting this today. Now almost every time after I finnish a battle, my toon will stay in combat mode. Is this happening to anyone else? I'd try and click on Melee attack and even sit down but it won't turn off. This a bug I should report?

I know it happens in one of the instanced dungeons in qeynos(sp); the one with the skeletons outside. and maybe in bb. You should report it, but it has been there for a good while.
