Cursed upgrade scrolls

I read in the update that cursed upgrade scrolls have been changed to a quest item and that upgrade scrolls have taken its place. Anyone know where to get these cursed upgrade scrolls cuz i need it for the quest where the guy Promedian or something will upgrade ur armor to +4 with one of these. PLzz help I've killed every type of creature (a bunch of each) there is outside of moradon.
