if you like a strong sense of accomplishment, this is a great game, if you also like playing in 5 hour chunks (which is not a bad thing necessarily) than this is also a game for you

if you want PvP and a pretty lousey community play WoW. If you want good PvE and good/decent community play FFXI. just read up on the games and play what looks better...
