I dont get why guys are so nervous while talking to girls... I guess its the same reason why i get nervous sometimes when talking to guys.
My problem is tho, when im nervous i end up making myself sound like a complete idiot, or I come off as a total nerd, or I end up falling on my face, or i end up annoying the fuck out of the poor guy cuz I talk too much.
But anyway, when a guy talks to me and he's nervous, I try to be as friendly as possible, even though it's just making me feel nervous and awkward.
But yes, confidence is the key, no matter how nervous you are, just pretend youre confident.

They talk, and talk, and talk, and talk. Then when you get home, you finally get some peace until...

Then they talk some more. Then you finally manage to get off the phone. 10 minutes later, guess where she is? On your doorstep, wanting to study (trust me, she wasn't coming on to me while "studying" and if she was, I missed it). Don't get me wrong, I liked spending time with her, but she would talk my friggin ear off. The next morning after taking 2 asprin to prevent the inevitable headache, I showed up at school. Her and her band of friends came bounding up to me. Then her zerg ( which is quite and accurate description) of friends asked me stupid pointless questions about me and her. It was like the first 10 minutes of Saving Private Ryan. And shes sitting in the back blushing, face more red then an apple. Then we start all over again!
But if your bound and determined to get one, there are 2 key things: Confidence and Personality. Dont pick up some prissy little prima donna, they may be hot, but they are not worth it. They have 3 standards: looks, looks, and more looks. Get the nice shy one in the corner, they are A LOT better.
