The Backstory:

You're playing whatever mmorpg on a PK server.  You and 2 fellow guildsman have just fought hordes of monsters to make it down to the 8th and final sub-level of whatever dungeon.  Your objective- to obtain the final crystal needed to create the super uber armor you and your 2 companions have been hunting a month to make.

The Situation:

You are 2 rooms away from from the crystal's chamber but alot of the deadliest of the dungeon's monsters stand between your party and it.  Also, you've just discovered that another party (who outnumber you by 1) has traveled down to get to the crystal via a different entrance.  This other party's clan and your own clan are mortal enemies.  Fighting them would take away hp and components needed to defeat the group of uber monsters still gaurding the crystal.  Also, forming a temporary truce would leave yourself open for possible betrayal.

The Question:

With the hardest hitting monsters this dungeon has to offer at your front, and a group of your mortal enemies at your rear-  I ask you one thing:  What do you do? .....What do you do....

    EASY! have a wizard or cleric cast Party Invisible, well thats the spell name i know from a long time rpg, i forget name. or quickly hide. then we just have the other party kill the monsters for us, and when they are all weak we unequip all our weapons and punch em to death!!!! well thats the cowards way out... lol. 

    dont mind the spelling, i am tired and weak from football practice and do not wish to bother the brain with spelling and grammer

    I would cast party invis, except for the cleric, i'd use him as bate.  Then I'd use the wizard to nuke them, while they were sending a small party to take out the cleric, then after taking damage from a nuke (hitting all enemies in targeted area) I'd unvis my team and have them attack after they charged.  When they started to pull back I'd have the wizard chase down the cleric and Invis him, then go back and mop up what's left while the cleric comes back for Mass heals.

    Tricky, and sounds hard, but it'd be a good strat.

    If they are rude upon finding us, use whatever method will effectively kill them. Loot them as much as possible and proceed to accomplish our goals in that dungeon. If they are somewhat polite or cordial (rare case) then they're welcome to take the dungeon's spoils.

    ya, kill em and get a few wizards to stealthers to stay at the zone entrance, so when they come backf or their bodies naked, you can whack em down some more, so they dont bother you.

    Make the alliance with them, but backstab them before they have the chance to do it to you. >:)

    well if they only outnumber you by 1 just attack them. and in most mmorpgs, ur health would recharge after a while, so it would just take patience.

    Stand aside tell them they can have the crystal. Pretend to leave and as soon as they have engaged the enemy send in the rogue to sneak around them and grab that crystal. Then run for it laughing all the way to the surface while the poor saps are still battling the mobs on the lower level not reslising that the crystal has gone.
