ient (company) they host a few games that I know of and the service they have is apporling. I played Savage Eden for awhile and for a game way ahead of the updates on  the website is stupid no infomation about the new updates that has been implanted what so ever I think the last time it was updated was back in 2003.

I asked them when they was going to update it like 5 months ago I got this reply.

We are adding the final touch's onto the site.

And when I looked 2 months later to see if any change there wasn't any in the slitest so I asked again and the reply was.

Pete would you stop bugging us we are doing it and then he closed the topic.

So I opend a new one stateing that people of savage eden community wanted updates on the site and the topic was deleted as far as im aware. Then I opend a poll about if they should keep us updated i put the options as followed. 1month, 2month, 4month or 6month. And I thought that'd be fine the topic went on for abit then got locked and a new rule was put in place rule 8. It was basicly saying dont ask us for anything because you wont get it don't ask for help because if any problems contact Ients contact email (can't remember the email but abit pointless as I've all ready e-mailed them several times with no reply apart from the automatic e-mail saying they have got the email I sent.

So basicly ient is a load of ...... you know what goes there, lack of contact between players and staff is the worst a company can do in my opinion. I would like to hear your views on this.

come on theirs gotta be some views on this, they host 2 games i've heard of before and played before Savage Eden and hellbreath (or somat like that)
