Looking for something else

I began playing MMO's  a long time ago,  UO time frame  just after its release. I then later played DAoC, Shadowbane,  and a few months ago my wife talked me into EQ2.  Im searching for a different game that has everything she likes in a game ( mainly crafting and a good comunity) and everything I need in a game. WHich  includes PvP, Decent support from the comuniuty and the Dev's. Good comunity good flow and logical ideals within the game. Very good design something not completley buggy or repetitive. I hate quests but ill do a few here and there. Im looking for a big end game , once I hit top level  id like to keep playing  doing other things....  ive tried  GW and WoW  to no avail i lost intrest  several days later and RYL never made it  past the first day.

Whats a good game  that meets these req's that I may have overlooked ?

I think the only game that could give you all you need is SWG

Only problem is the devs have ruined it so thats out of the picture

I think Ryzom's community is pretty hot to help. There's events like bi-weekly so the Dev's (or at least GameMasters) are hanging around. Great crafting/harvesting, nobody can argue that.
But alot of people don't like it... it's 1 of those you have to try for yourself.

Yup, sounds like ' Saga of Ryzom ' might be the game for you.
