in my opinion, all you guys have a really good point, but while i agree with you, i also disargree with you. WoW has a very non-penalty death penalty, like said before, no loss in xp or money; just armor durability. CoH is the worst, if you get alot of debt, it is virtually im possible to level. A good death panalty system would be to have a loss of item durability, slight money loss, slight xp loss, and a temporary loss of dmg, health and magic power
