Links to Section/Forum while posting

Sometimes when I'm posting, it will mess up (for whatever reason), and if i try to refresh it takes me right back to what i'm at right now, typing this post. What i'd like is if at the top of the page, there is

Section: General Discussion

Forum: Site Suggestions

Topic:  _________________________________________________

 

, to have the "General Discussion" and "Site Suggestions" text to be hyperlinks, back to those categories.

It would just be a little more convienient, and an easy fix (i believe, not sure how much coding would need to be done)
