To my knowledge, new conquest items were added to the game- these conquest items are enchanted rings- giving the effect- Dedication
Dedication gives an experience point boost- and helps those who love to level, level quickly- the downfall is they have no stat pluses or anything and you can only have one
The one that i use- gives me 50% exp boost- has a maxium boost of 1k exp- and a max charge duration of 90 mins. I suppose then they need to recharge. you can only recharge these items Once per conquest update- but really gives a great boost to leveling speeds.
so now instead of only getting 200 ex for an IC you get three hundred. Yeah, friggin awesome.
Althought this doesnt make the game less difficult it certain gives a helping hand to new guys and older players alike.
There is another that- costs half of what mines costs and gives a 500 exp boost with a max exp bonus of 500 exp and 45 min duration, but gives a 75% bonus.
So the problem of leveling difficulty and exp grinding- has been addressed in a manner but, it does create an issue with party levels as in- one guy is getting more exp than the rest meaning he could potentionally mess up the level gap if he is amongs the top level of the party and not the lowest.
so there are times when it should be used. I.E after death, when your the lowest level in the party and want to hurry and level to use the new eq in your inv. but these items should not constantly replace your stat bonus rings- unless in the exclusive case that ecerony in the party has the bands. because you dont want to leave your members behind and have to go to another party. Also the speed leveling also in theory may not allow you to reach your combat skills level caps- making you a non-effective fighter in the higher levels.
These can help Link shell power leveling, PPL needing exp to match the level of the party, Beast masters. It also helps to increase yur nations stand point in the nations.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
so to figure how much more exp you would get all you do is a simple math problem
(Ex x .5)+ Ex= Exp. Gained Per kill
or if you got the cheap one
(Ex x .75) + Ex = Exp. Gained.
and i think the max bonus works like this
REB(1000 if no exp has been gained) - (Ex x .50) = REB
REB meaning Remaining Experience Bonus ((1000 if you havent killed anything yet)) minus
----------------------------
These items are common items and can be purchased for 500 and 1000 conquest points
to recharge them it costs 50 or 100 conquest points and they can only be charged once per conquest period.
but like i said friggin sweet- but use at your own discreation.

well think of it this way, you only need 7-8K xp untill around lv51, and your getting (in a good group) 240-260 plus chains, and non stop kills. Good groups can make 4-5K xp an hour or more, and around lv 30-49 thats about 1-2 hours a level, these rings will make it alot faster. Just because you have had bad experiances with leveling doesnt mean its bad, just had bad groups and level very slow, getting the 80-130xp kills, which truly are horrid, thats when its time to change camps. But instead of 240-260 with thoes rings, ure getting 320-340+ and if u have the x75 xp ring, probably close to 400Xp a kill, considdering the job im currently lving (Red Mage) is lv31, with thoes rings in a good group I can get a lv in under an hour.
