and i personally think its just as bad to post the same thread by a different person each week, as compared to ressurecting old threads.

I never seen Murt resurrect an old thread. But if I were to see one, I would lock it. I just dont lock a 3 year old thread because a 13 year old bumped it as opposed to a 17 year old veteran member.
If I see a thread bumped from almost three years ago, I assume any Moderator will lock and warn the member for bumping. Doesn't matter who it is. It's just forum etiquette

but parents dont care about what their kids do on the internet as long as its not pornography....
and most parents arent computer savy enough to install a netnanny type device, or htier kids get around it.
so their is no effective way besides watching them use the computer which most parents dont care to do.
