This game worth buying??

Hey, is this game worth buying? heard it get's boring once you hit level 60.. and how is the PvP in this game?

Depending on what you're looking for in the game... PvP is a long line of wait from when i played it a few months back because of the inbalance in the HORDE and ALLIANCE population. There is alot of quest etc to do as a newbie all the way to the cap lvl of 60. After that is a bunch of raiding for your TOP gears, now this was where I find the fun slowly going away. Raids at the lvl 54 ist dugeon takes about 1-2 hours per run on average, and sometime you'll walk out empty handed. Actually most of the time you'll walk out empty handed. The next set of dugeon to raid are CORE, Dragon and I think Black Rock Deep now. Those one generally takes 4-8 hours depending on how good your guild is. Generally only guilds with 40 + members at lvl 60 can do these raids. Most every armor are class percific, and most weapons are design for a certain class. So if your dont drop it's a really sucky day, or in some case they will drop and the person who just raided the dugeon once wins it, also make for a crappy day. Craft is pretty costly and really no elite uses crafted items, only good items are drop generally. Only craft that really make money is alchemist and enchanter all the rest just kinda become a money drain.

It's a good game to play for a while but so far not something you could stay in very long.

You know people always say you can get to lvl 60 fairly quickly. Well, what is the average time it takes to do that in terms of hours. Take that number and divide it by this formula.

$50 + 15x (where X = the number of months spent while reaching lvl 60)

then divide that by the number of hours you have played, it'll come out to pennies per hour of some decent enjoyment.

I'm lvl 57 (15k from lvl 58) and I've enjoyed lvling, I realize at lvl 60 it may get boring but I believe this will be my 2nd month playing ( in a few days) and you know it has been fun. let's say i reach lvl 60 by oct. 24 which would be exactly 2 months that would mean I spent about 80 dollars and i've played this game for a long time and I've enjoyed it.

In terms of money if you find 80 bucks to be expensive for hundreds of hours of enjoyment then you need to get a job.

I was a bit sceptic about buying the game at this point where most of the ppl are tens of lvls higer than what im going to be starting at. But i bought the game n e way. Ill recive it on friday and tell you what I think.

Depends what you want for a game if you are a hardcore gamer i thin the WOW not are the best game for you,its too easy to reach at max lvl ::::05::

Its not only about reaching max lvl, its about fulfilling the quests, making merchandise, fooling around and many other things i cant think of now :-) It's kind of like living a second life, but thats saying too much since its only a game.

Don't listen to any of the positive, if there were any, replies. They are all payed shills from Blizzard.

The game is a horrible train wreck of horrible train wreckie-ness. You'll be unhappy, and miserable playing.
The grind is so bad, it will make you take your PC into the shower with you.

If, after all that, you chose to play anyway, for the love of all that's Holy, please do NOT join a full server. It's enough of a bite in the ass trying to get onto Illidan, or others, without more people adding to the overcrowding. Join a nice medium server instead. Unless you want to go to Argent Dawn, and piss off the snooty, elitist RPer's, in which case, I'm all for it.
