reactivating an account (kinda need help)

hi there.. I played the matrix online for like 6 months.. and 2 months ago my account was closed because my given credit card was over limit.. i did not really care about them closing my account, but as of now i wanna play the game again.. my question is this: will my character still be in the server, with his remaining level?  or when i reactivate my account again, do i have to start with a brand new, level 1 character? thanks.. (sorry 'baut the language, bad english)

Most likely, have to start brand new.

In the SOE transition, any inactive accounts that were not reactivated and transferred over to Station Accounts by the first of this month should have had all data wiped.

MxO players will have 45 days (until September 30th) to transfer their accounts to SOE. Any player who does not transfer their account to SOE by September 30th will have the unused portion of their pre-paid subscription automatically refunded to them. Please allow up to 60 days after September 30th for any such refunds to be processed. If you choose not to re-register with SOE and you need billing support you may contact WBIE Customer Support at 800-422-4514. Also, once your existing MxO account is closed, should you decide to return to MxO your in-game assets will remain intact for a limited period of time.

After September 30th, if you have not re-registered your account with SOE, it will be closed. Also, please be aware that you will need to transfer your account on or before September 30th in order to qualify for any relevant Transition Bonuses for which you may otherwise qualify as discussed below.

thanks for the reply Qwirk. my account expired after i transfrerred my account to Station. i mean i played the matrix online after the transfer for some time. so, does that mean my character will be there when i reactivate station my account?

they told me i had 6 months (i think), and recently sent me an e-mail telling me it was my last chance to save my character. they might have changed the way they do things since then.

well thanks for your reply Bissrok.. i think i am gonna go ahead and reactivate my account soon, then see what happens.. then I'll post the result here in case anyone needs the info..
