Help me be able to play again plz

AO was the first online experience for me about 5 years back.

 

I decided to reinstall the game last week and i cant remember my user details and dont seem to be able to start a new account , any help no this subject would be greatly appreciated

    They have a lost password feature or you could always start a new freebie account.

    lol if you dont know your account name though and you remember a character name, contact an ARK.

    I got in touch with them and they sent them to me at my new email adress...."crys" my old character has dissapeared ..i got to start from scratch lol
