As it's a Family game and mostly females play it.

Yeah you can have sex in TSO, but no babies as far as I know. The sex is just messing around under the bed covers with a blur over it, and the people making dog and cat noises, similar to the offline version.

In the original I think you had to adopt but i played it for some reason once like 1 month ago and yes you can have sex in like the heart bed thing or in this hot tub and you can make babies as u say it  It is really . . . original
