The servers take too long to load or not load at all.

Always when I try to login in the new knight online, also known as Knight empire it takes like half an hour, and it still doesn't work or just says: Failed logging in to the server (Connection error: 04873) blablabla.
What can I do about this?

This is what I do, With both the old and new KO, I Double click on the sever and at the same time hit the enter key, I never wait over one minute for the sever to load, It either does or doesnt, Im not sure if the never/or older KO has this, or maybe they both do, but when thye have actions on the background, like a mace swinging, it will stop when it loads, so look out for that, if it doesnt work right away I just alt + f4 it and try again intill it works, yeah its annoying, and your not the only one that gets that problem
