 I voted "yes" as I've posted well over 10 posts but it's been a while since I've posted. Too many "Know it alls" blowing alot of hot air there. Seems like everyone there is trying so hard to prove that he is the big Kahuna of Middle Earth lore. I may be a fan of Tolkien's writings but I dont plan on naming my children after characters in his books.

No kidding huh.  Kind of feel sorry for em, the way I feel sorry for a smashed cockroach.  Theres a discussion going on over there regarding the color of squirrels for god's sake!  And some guy actually replied to me saying that yes, being able to have a space in your character's name is a big deal because it is more lore appropriate.

These people are starting to make Trekkies look hip!

I know what you mean but its one of the best places to Role-Play on the net, and the organization put into everything seems to be a lot more how should I say "Organized". The Clans are all great and its hard to find a spammer, because they get rediculed so much. I do have to admit though I would take a community like LOTRO over any other. It just feels so much more homely.

You won't hear any complaints from me regarding those points.  I'd much rather deal with the Lorries (what I call the Lore-hounds, Trekkies+Lore=Lorries  ) than have to deal with some of the immature kiddies I've seen populate other game sites.

When I was still into FPSs, I was surrounded by 7th graders with the worst idea of fun and what was a joke.
