when's the next trial and what are the requirements for the game?

Probably never again.
The last trial was to promote Battlefield Europe and if they offer another one before the holidays, it may hurt their sales of BE.
As for requirements, I would recommend a decent radeon 9800/Nvidia 6600 card or better, a 2.8 Ghz CPU or better, and at least a gig of RAM.

Never again? They have a few free trials a year.
Having two trials a month before a major release is bad marketting. They won't have another.

They'll eventually have another.
We are a good number of subscribers that have ordered the new (second) box just so we can get the new good stuff that comes with it, and support the game developers work that seems to never end.
CRS has stated that we that bought an second box can use the Activation key in this new box and attach it to our already active account. If we do will we get "14 days free-trail" tickets we can share with potential customers.
We in Europe are now waiting for the new box to arrive. I hope my box will come within a few weeks.
