LOL haxx you must admit I was right, although such a smartass about it. The community wasn't really consulted but it is still ironic that so many complained about the game pre-NGE and then realized you don't know what you got till it's gone.
It's kind of like this: some guy is driving his Jaguar but it has lots of problems so he complains. So they take away his Jaguar and give him a Vespa.
I will have no problem playing any future SOE or LA games: I will give any game an honest go but I won't ever defend them again.

Broken promises patches with more bugs then actual fixes. It is as much my fault cause I paid for the game for years with duel accounts.
THe NGE could work and be a smash hit. It needs love attention and work. All of which soe shows it doesn't like doing. SO expect a new expansion instead.

Two weeks ago I would have called you jaded, but that does seem to be the way things go with Sony. Let's just hope instead they give it the love and attention and work. I think SWG could be really amazing with a lot of that.

Gawd, I thought the medication had worn off and the past couple of months had been a weird hallucination... but nah, it's a necro.
Boy it was weird reading what peoples opinions were back then, before we'd even SEEN the product...
I for one, never complained about anything until the first CU. When the first CH nerf was being talked about, I sent a letter expressing my opinion. Nothing more, nothing less. Other than that, the only time I went to the forums was to ask a question or see what was coming up. Only when they changed the very foundations of the game I had purchased, learned, and flourished in, did I start to complain. Up until then they made many changes which fell under the "Gameplay may change" heading, some I liked and some I didnt, but none were completely game changing for me.
That being said, I do realize that there was a lot of complaining going on. However, I cant help but wonder what could have been if they had actually fixed the bugs in the game, added content, and implemented the very first combat balance that was discarded for the CU. The opportunities that the game had, if they could have fixed it before episode III came out, would have been phenomenal. Instead, the potential positive buzz was drowned out by negativity because they screwed things up royally. It has been a continual downward spiral ever since, culminating in the abortion that is the NGE.
Dammit, whats up with pulling up necros? I never stop to look at post dates when im riled up and intoxicated.....LOL
