Think that about sums up this NGE. Played a BH (cl79) this evening on Infinity and it feels like an early beta game.
How does SOE think people who buy the starter kit or try the free 10 day trial version will stay longer than one month ?

Bugs? I didn't see any bugs...
Sure I walked around and through stuff....
And I was killed and then had to go from the main level, to the bottom and then back up to complete the mission.. Had a collecting mission stay locked on the item that I had just collected.... At no time did I see any bugs though....
Thats probably because you didnt leave the newbi station yet ?
What i dont understand is why the chose to make SWG more FPS oriented.
sure combat is faster but its soo damn buggy compaired to a pure fps game.
Tried the trial version , NPC shoots through walls and their shots follow you even if you run in circles.
so cant dodge shots at all , jumping , cant see if you jumping if you use Fps camera view , like wtf ?
imo i think SOE tried to take EQ2,SWG,planetside and make it to one game or something or they really smoked some bad crack, or sony´s rootkit fucked up the dev´s coding.
why bother paying for this game really , its like BF2 or any other shooter game except you have to pay 15$ a month for a buggy crappy game , they only thing the 15 bucks do is store you toon , nothing else.
and in any shooter game ranged attacks beats melee 99% of the times.
Jedi´s are cannonfodder , banthadoodoo.
jedi´s are as powerful as a crackhead attacking a SWAT team with a dildo.
I respec'd to a commando, CL80. I was shocked at how few bugs I found! The only bugs I really found were concerning the user interface in space. Everything else was very smooth.
When the first CU hit the bugs were terrible. But this one went very smooth.
Kudos to those devs who learned their lesson after the first CU.

Which part of CL79 BH dont you understand ?!?
Which part of CL79 BH dont you understand ?!?
Sorry misread your post. I have no idea where you saying all these bugs are from. I am a jedi and have been overt in mos eisly several times the last few days I have yet to notice any bugs. Of course i havnt played BH so i cant comment on them but soe will fix it...IF it exsists, as you say. , they always do.
Bugs to date I have found just yesterday through noob missions.
Character Selection/Creation. The toon shakes and twitches around like a speed freak. All toons. If you type to say delete or name a character the boxes resize slightly. (not good start)
Try to create a server on existing server for my duel toon. Coding not in for 2 characters per server as promised.
Load into falcon ok. That worked fine. Had it alt and zoomed out so I could move how I preferred. Zoned into noob start area. Camera switched back and re-enabled my alt key putting me back to the default view. Did so every time I zoned.
Started running some missions. Journel updates but if you try and do multiple quests or take another mission you constantly have to hit j and switch the journel to the quest your working on as it defaults to the first 1 every time your journel updates.
Then I get incapacitated. No biggie right. Well instead of falling to the ground where i lay my toon is incapped running in a straight line with the incap timer running. I laughed though its not to funny.
Then at some point during questing I die, honestly I died quiet a bit just running to an area to click an object anyways. So I die and a loot box pops up for my corpse! So I tried looting myself. hehe. Didn't work. Then everytime I open my inventory the box is displaying incorrectly.
Then there is the quest rewards. Cool right? Well if you can see your third choice. You cannot scroll down on the boxes using a lot of conventional methods. Annoying.
Get a vehicle customization kit on tatooine. Cannot customize the vehicle or any vehicles.
Only 1 quest for levels 1-8 related directly to my choosen profession (spy) the rest where generic missions everyone runs.
Those are just a few issues I personally experienced.
How about the several hundred pages of bugs in about 5 forum threads on the official forum?
We don't have an official bug list because Thunderheart is to dam lazy to compile one, he has declared the forum threads the official bug list so happy hunting on getting them all collected and compiled! yourself!
Here is a little start for ya, enjoy:

Bah if i wanted to play a FPS game i go play quake4 or something that is pure FPS.
By including FPS elements in SWG they made the game pure crap , if they wanted combat to be faster why not just tweak the dmg or something else that is much easier to do then to redo the whole game into some mix of several games, right now SWG is a mix of KOTOR and SW Battlefront or something.
its like they took a randomizer took the code for KOTOR and battlefront and SWG and came up with NGE
Folks can't possibly be surprised by bugs in SWG, lol. Testing seems the least important aspect of this development team.
I just got done talking with an office mate that said he enjoyed going into combat every time he hit is right mouse button.
My advice, if you want to try SWG:NGE, wait a three to four weeks. In the least, SOE will have worked out the basic bugs. I'd like to give the changes a go, but at the same time I don't want to be bogged down by inane bugs.

Oh, cruel fate, to be thusly boned. Ask not for whom the bone bones. It bones for thee.
Actually there are many aspects of the game right now that I am understanding were not converted and even disabled because the NGE was never finished before it was pushed. Many seem to be happy beta testing the NGE on the live servers though.

I found this and thought I would share, its a fairly well compiled and tested bug list done by a guild:
