Is Storm Riders (Fung Wan) Online free now??

Because I see a banner on this site advertising it as F2P, but can't find nothing on there site. and Storm Rider Online still talks about a trial period.... so not really sure.

According to the euro website of Storm Riders Online the game is still pay to play.
But that's for the euro part, don't know about the others

The malaysian version is free I believe. Or is that the phillipene version?...
