I don't mind it as long as I get what I pay for and as long as the game i'm playing doesn't constantly release new expansions.

Too few 3rd party titles are giving the PSP the nintendo effect, where the lack of third party games overall kills the system. Its a great system, only the lack of games is really killing it.

I DONT LIKE IT i know lots of ppl that p2p and they mostly never play the games they pay montly for soo i ask myself whats the point of p2p if im not sure ill be playing the game that much plus if you think about if you have a job and a family and your looking for a game...why would you get a game that you have to pay for.its to time consuming soo theres no point of paying for a game you your not gonna play that much.

     Playing in an alternate reality for 15 dollars a month is fine to me. What I can't get are the people that pay months in advanced. Like 115 dollars for 12month or something. I like to take one month at a time.

mister_gus, simply save $0.75 (75cents) a day and you could afford to play an mmo monthly it is that simple.

make up your mind do you like it or not? based on the last 2 statements i would say your a greedy batard, and how could you not like p2p if you would never pay for a game?

For me i would have to say i hate everyone that gets video games ilegally, people actually put time and effort into making them so they deserve every cent the game is worth, and some people dont even get paid enough becouse they work for large corporations that are really greedy, so i support them and actaully buy games. But i dont mind music p2p becouse those lazy bitches sit on their asses all day make an album, become rich even with people dowloading their songs off of p2p, and dont do anything for another year, then when they just need that new lamborgini they just make another album.

OK i think there is alot of confusion around P2P
But i think in this case the original poster was referring to P2P as pay to play... and not Peer to Peer... and not Playstation portable.....

But as far as your comment goes Grim, I love supporting independant game makers by buying their products... but people like EA... I dont think i have a big problem with people illegally getting the games... because in the end EVEN IF everyone bought the games... I HIGHLY DOUBT that the people (code monkeys) who actually made the game... wouldn't be getting paid any more than they do now. EA would just take more for themselves to share among the 20 or so head honchos....

I pay for 5 games monthly but I wouldn't pay for a game if I hated it I'll take the 30day trial and see if I like it or not if I don't screw the game!

I personally have no problem with Pay to Play. There are people that probably spend alot of time developing the game, the people that work the packaging, the web page engineers, customer service people and so on that all rely on that game selling.

Granted some companies do a much better job at it than others do.

On the flip side I almost never buy a game without playing a free demo first. There's just too much junk out there to waste my hard earned money on.  Fortunately I have a brother that plays just about everything that comes out so he gives me the low down on it before I decide to but it.
