Ok, i play WoW with a 60 mage im kinda wanting a new MMORPG. sooo CoV is the expansion? so i have to buy CoH and then CoV? how much is CoH and CoV? i dont wanna play as a hero just a villan. Thx in advance! Opps and also will i like CoV/CoH if i like WoW a lot?

CoV and CoH are two separate games. You don't have to buy either to play the other. If you have both, you can use features from each while playing the other. For example, if you're playing CoH and also have CoV, you can have a base for your SuperGroup and raid villain bases (full of people playing CoV). If you have only CoV, you can still go to the PvP zones and pwn people playing CoH if you want (and vice versa).
CoH retails for around $20. CoV for about $50, but it will probably go down to $20 after a while. The subscription is $15/month for one or both. (You don't have to pay twice if you play both games.)
As for whether you'll like it, that I can't tell you. I don't like WoW anyway.

As it has been said... COH and COV are seperate games but if you have both you can play "Both sides of the Fence"
As for will you like it if you like WOW .... I have played WOW and there is none of the Camping for Uber Items. There is no crafting (Sort of). There is no real cash in the game, there is influance but that is not too hard to get your hands on.
If you like PVP then maybe you will.
Best you can do is see about a Trial and try it out. Even a COH trial and see if the game play is something you will like. COH and COV have the same gameplay just a bit of variations in Hero creation and some of the power sets.
