I cancelled my subscription to EVE Online a long time ago, and now I want to reactivate it, but when I try to log into my account, it says my information is wrong. I even reset the password, but it still says the information is wrong.
I tried emailing the support, and after several emails back and forth, I've got all the info I need except the last 6 digits to my mom's credit card, but that was 8 months ago, and both her and I don't know which card she used. They recommended me to ask her to look up the billing information, which would take a long time.
I finally got the bright idea to look it up in the FAQ, and it says this:
8.12 I am going to be abroad for an extended period of time without access to the Internet. I would like to temporarily close my account while Im away. How do I do this and will it cause me to lose my characters or equipment? All information about your characters and their belongings is stored on our servers. If your account is temporarily disabled for any reason, this data will be preserved for several months. You can reopen your account at any time through the Account Management page and restart your subscription.
It even says in the FAQ that if your subscription is inactive that you can log in to reactivate it. Why won't it let me log in!?!?!?
I've been trying for a very long time to reactivate my account.. does anybody have any advice? Thanks..

Are you absolutely sure you have spelt your login name right? They haven't deleted any accounts yet afaik
Yes, I'm sure it's correct; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to reset my password. In order to reset your password, the user name and the email adress assigned to it have to match up.

You got any firewalls or popup blockers?
