Is there a 'Best Race' for Red Mage?

in Final Fantasy XI
Over-all, I mean...  I know it's a very diverse class...  Didn't know if one race would be any better for the differences?

    Mithra or Hume.

    Preferrably mithra.
    Despite what is said about humes being the most versatile, you will find that actually it's the mithra.

    i play on australian servers because racism is acceptable there
