Game wont install

Ok so I just bought the original DAOC and put the cd in and the install prompt came up. I clicked on it and nothing happened. Just the wonderful sound of the cd as if it were working. Any other game is just fine to install. I have WinXp. Anyone else have this problem. I was so excited to start playing since the free trial kept messing up during install for me. I guess no one wants me to play daoc. Please help.

The only thing I can suggest is to contact their tech support. I have never come across that problem before.
BTW if you just bought the original game and not the Epic edition or Platnium edition then you will need to update the program and download the SI and ToA expansions. They are free, but you will need at least SI in order to play the game since the original game client is no longer supported. ToA is, or will soon be, the minimum client supported.
Thankfully they are offering them free so people can continue to play who do not want to buy the expansions.
