PvP looting?

in Pirates of the Burning Sea

Am I going to be able to loot people that I pk or ships in this game?  I glanced at the forums there and didn't see anything.  Perhaps someone knows off the top of their heads.

    Yes, you get any cargo they have and if you are Pirate faction, you can take their ship.

    Ooh, I like the sounds of that.

    I'm kind of waiting on DDO, but I will miss pvp in DDO.

    This pirates game might just satisfy my mmo appetite.

    The website is accepting Beta sign ups now.

    Yeah... and I believe the beta has started... but I applied for it about three months ago when they first announced it and haven't heard anything back yet. ::::05::
