I would love to hear your specific reasons for why DnL sucks. What did you see in the game that was so bad that makes you positive the game will blow?? Forget about the developers, the delays and the perceived lack of hype. Just based on what you saw in person of DnL what makes it so bad?
I am sure he will love to till you why. Fictional or not, I wouldn't invest too much in other people's opinions, particular his on this matter. It's obviously not objective reasoning.

The whole thing is rather tiresome for me also . I list reasons they come back with junior high hallway insults...ad infinitum. Lets see what happens or does not happen in December.

I've read his posts and I never see specific reasons about the actual game. I just keep hearing "it sucks because the devs keep delaying the game." or "it sucks because they refuse to release info to the public". None of that has anything to do with the actual gameplay. So I'm curious what did you see *in game* that makes you so sure it sucks? Give me something besides "the graphics suck" please. I'm all for DnL hating if it is a POS, but so far no one has given me any real evidence of that being true.

First off, I wouldn't trust someone who would publically violate something they signed their named to and, secondly... how do you even know they were actually a beta tester? You don't.
Once the NDA is lifted, I can read reviews and ask people I know are testing it their opinion. Having said that, the only real test is playing it for yourself. Enjoying a game, whether it's DnL or WoW or chess is so subjective. My husband plays WoW and I don't like it a bit... it's just not for me. Some people do perfectly well determing if a game is for them based on reviews and other's opinions, but I have try it for myself. If, in April, this game looks good, I'll give it a try and hope I enjoy it. If I don't, it doesn't mean others won't think it's the best thing to (here's some Philly talk for you) "come down the pike".
I don't even get why you guys hate Jackdog so much. He is just the opposite of DnL fanboys. DnL fanboys will say anything to convince people that Dark and Light will be good, but they don't even know if it is good or not themselves. Jack is just the opposite, what's wrong with it?

You have to admit that Jack is really good at writing negative things about DnL, and willing to take the time to even bother to type it all up.

This has kind of been beaten to death, but I will say it again. The negative things about DnL are the delays and maybe a few changes they have made. But how does delaying a game make the actual product worse? It doesn't. So just wait about a week, and if SoG ends up sucking you can go ahead and fill the forums up with "I told you so" threads.

In any case, the problem is that he repeates himself in every thread. While some of the comments he's made were valid, endlessly repeating the same things in every single thread can be considered trolling, as it creates a bad atmosphere and tension.
Currently playing: * City of Heroes: Deggial, Assault Rifle/Devices Blaster. Server: Defiant. * City of Villains: Snakeroot, Plant/Thorns Dominator. Server: Defiant.
You can delay so much that your game looks old and dated when you finally launch. I don't think that's the case with DnL, however. The graphics I've seen still look pretty good to me.

I understand the concern the OP my have but in my honest opinion, with 250,000 registered users at the dark and light website, I really don't find it that hard to believe that they truly are sold out. And honestly , come december 8th. Those other 10,000 keys will be gone in a matter of under 24 hours.
