Click on the big green "your account settings" button in the top right of screen.
Scroll down and you will see "your avatar" options at the botom. Just read and follow the intructions
If you want a personalised Avatar just go to google and search for avatars

Just find the avatar you like on the net. Right click on it and go proerties. Copy and past the link to your avatar settings here.
