Game Card?

Hi,

Does EVE Online sell game cards, similar to WoW's 60 days ones?

Thank you.

Yes, however, they are not distributed in stores. You'll need to buy them directly from the game web site. You can purchase a physical card if you wish, or you can get a time code electronically - no shipping costs. CCP also allows the time codes to be exchanged ingame for isk.

    Physical Game Time Cards

I can't find the link for the Game Time Codes, however, I'm pretty sure you will need an account to get one.

CCP is Eve's company? What does it stand for?

    I see, thank you.

I noticed that you retired from WoW... is EVE way much better?

I'm looking for a game that never ends, and WoW seems to end at level 60, unless you have a good guild for regular epic runs. 60 Shaman here.

I like sci fi and see EVE as my remedy for it, what are you views on this game?

If you're looking for a game that never ends then welcome home.  Seeing how the players that have played from release (2003) don't know everything about the game, although they'd like to think they do, I'd say that this game lasts forever.  YOu should check out the Red Moon Rising information too.  RMR is the content expansion that's coming out in december.  It makes my mouth water.

There is no end-game, because end-game begins after you've played for a couple weeks and have got feel for the game.

Just don't get too overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that you won't be able to do in a reasonable amount of time.  And just do whatever you want.  Find people that are like-minded and just have fun.  don't concentrate on what you know and don't know as much as you would any other game, because a lot of times (like 95% of the time) playtime experience is way more important than skillpoints.

    Hi,

I am now a rookie pilot!

Well, the only part I'm not really sure is the logging out part, like where do I end up when I log out outside of a station?

Also, it's regarding the destination/way point/auto pilot feature.

What are the steps to reach another system?

    - open map
    - right click target system, click set destination
    - close map
    - click auto pilot

Is that it? And I use waypoints when i have more then 1 jump to make. My ship also mysteriously disappeared when I reached the Rens system, after jumping from my starting system. Is this due to lag, what should I do?

    Thank you.
