    Ya there is no Xp cap... so I'm sure some people out there would be level 50+... Since it's a pvp game you just stop gaining stat boost from levels at 20.... though you can do a few quests to get boost later.

    there is 20 but the lvlving does not stop at 20 at 20 you start gaining skill points used to improve you by getting new skills
