TOoW refund?

Hiya, I was one of the suckers that pre-ordered the expansion without prior knowlege of the NGE. After playing the NGE for 2 horific days, I canceled my account and demanded my money back for the expansion pack. I asked for a refund on Nov. 28 and it still hasn't been deposited in my Visa account.
I know SOE said it can take up to 8 weeks but when I send in for a rebate or refund, it never takes that long. I know with SOE that nothing is normal but my question is......
How many of you have asked for the refund of TOoW and have you gotten it yet?
