From what was said by AD on irc.irccube.org, #darkandlight:

E-mail confirmations will be sent today, but it may take a few hours till all e-mails are processed.

The download will be available tomorrow, when the site returns back to full functionality.

The servers will be up on December 13th, as mentioned in DnL's home page.

    Not sure on this. Your SoG registration is linked to the site's account, so I'd assume the same information is used to log into the game, without any keys or further registration required.

    Maybe the e-mail confirmation will have more information.
