Ok so i got the trial. But the graphics wont update! I downloaded the Cata - engine, instaled it to the game folder, but nothing changed. So i downloaded trials of atlantis AND the cata-engine for toa, instaled everything, but the graphics are still the same! am i doing something wrong? Is there anyone playing the trial on catacombs engine, and if yes, could he post how to do it?

As no one is answering thus far heres a possibility, maybe the graphics are already updated and you are mistaken into thinking that they are the UNupdated ones? Or possibly, your settings for the game are on low, and pushing the envelope but maybe your computer can't handle it? Just giving food for thought ::::28::.

    Step 1 download the game
    Step 2 install the game
Step 3 download the graphics update for the gold edition
    Step 4 install the update
Step 5 downlod optional art upgrade for towns
    Step 6 install those
Step 7 launch the game using the new icon and not the old one

It is important to note that chances are there is an old icon from the trial. I believe there should be a new icon for the game using the updated graphics. I might be wrong on that but I think that is the case.

I have downlaoded the game and the update on a friends computer to show him the game before so it does work.

yeah thats exacly how it doesn't look like... Oh well maby it is becouse of my graphic card...its kinda old... Ok i will try few more times, or just wait for christmas to get a new G-force or Radeon :P

It might be the card. You need a vid card that has 64 mb of ram and is fully directx9 compatible. If Nvidia then Geforce 4, FX, 6, or 7 series. If you have an MX after your card it is crap and won't work.
