You should see that movie Super Size Me.  McDonalds is poison if you eat enough of it you will die.  In the movie a healthy male in very good physical condition ate McDonalds for 30 straight days under the care of 3 doctors supervison.  It almost killed him and it took him over a year to get his health back.  Watch that movie and you will never eat there again.
