Runtime/DnL error fix

Easy fix to do to solve the problems.

GO into your Dark and Light folder and remove the Dnl.ini file (move somewhere else for safe keeping if you dont trust me on this: ie back it up)

Run the game and let it do the full check etc. If done correctly the Dark and Light Intro (movie bit with the writing) will now have sound, and you should be able to advance from there.

I cant get any further becuase im not a pioneer only a settler.

Greetings..Can you give me a step by step run down on how to find this file plz.I have look in the files and folder section and can only find few files on dark and light..thanks

can someone tell me how to find this file? Because I cant find it. I have turned on my hidden files...i have reinstalled the sog.exe ....and there is STILL NO DNL.INI FILE!!!

It will say configuration settings.  Cut it, paste it to another folder, and then run the launcher.

If this doesn't work you  can paste the dnl.ini back to the original folder.

make a search DnL.ini file in your computer. Or you can find it in SoE file its a file it is yellow and 2 gear on it.
