run time error

im getting passed the launch screen the 2nd screen after I am getting runtime error, saying terminating program.....

 

something runtime error c++

c:programfilesdarkandlightlaunchersogdnlg.exe

 

lil confused and of course forums are down so no help there,hoping maybe had this problem and it had been fixed here

delete dnl.ini, run full file check and your good to go... (if you dont trust me, move dnl.ini out of the dir and run full file check)

hmm ok what folder is the .ini file in , I cant seem to find it at all

in the SOG folder, if you have XP there will be no dnl.ini, it will just say dnl. delete that (5kb file)

If you click "View" then “Details” in XP you'll see the extensions, as there is also a dnl.cfg it's good to check and maker sure you are deleting the right one if you are unfamiliar with the icons for .cfg and .ini

k deleted the dnl file and got all the way to where it tells me "maximum connection reacher" or soemthing to that effect ,then disconnects me

 

oh well my luck, didnt know there was a limit

i think i seen a thread on this up ,will check that

There is no limit, there is a problem with the login server and we are currently waiting on NP3 to fix the problem until then we can't get on. There are a few people who are still online and most likely praying they don't crash. ^_^
