Anyone have any good holiday disaster stories to share with me for a speech I'm writing?

I'm not talking about some ugly shirt your grandma got you for christmas, I'm talking about some hilarious holiday ruining things that happened ... like burning christmas trees or ruined Thanksgiving feasts.
