i recieved a reply from the tech support asking waht i was doing when the game crashed and asking that i run dxdiag and the save it to a text file and attach it to the reply which i did

I have heard from a Pioneer friend that it only crashes in the Beginner island and on the real land it's crash free. So don't loose your head over the crashes, i get them all the time. If there are problems with anything when you try to log in it's because the servers are down, so you only need to wait.
I didn't actually get into the game before the crash, it happened right after I logged in on the second screen, with the moon logo and the Largest MMORPG slogan, and it continually happens at exactly the same spot.
I get the error as well. I don't get it as frequently once I get out beyond the starting areas, but it still happens. I've tried everything, and no matter what, I still get dnlg.exe crashes at random times.
If I'm around the starting areas, where mobs are below level 10, I crash a lot more frequently than when I get out to the small islands, or on the main land. Problem there is all the mobs are too high for me to continue gaining xp on.
It is fun to snowboard and hanglide all over the freakin' place though. I'm always yelling at my roomie to check out this view, or that view.

At least I'm not the only one getting this fatal error. I'm lucky if i get 20 minutes gameplay before it crashes.
My pc specs
AMD 64 3500+
1 gig ram
6600 GT 128mb
