i made it in to but so bad lag i loged off to set the engine to 1 but now i get a login error wean i try to login god damit y did i log out
Remember, if you have a high end card you wanna use 5 or 6 on the engine, that'll use your GPU for most graphics processing instead of your CPU. Also for better graphics, in game type /enginesetquality high.
Well I was in for approx 5 mins before I got booted and now I'm getting the usual error. I do hope that wasn't their attempt at fixing it.

what seting do you think a 2.6 ghz celeron[R] cpu 1 gb ram and a bfg geforce 5500 oc 256 mb pc can run at with not much lag i know that theres going to be alot of lag right now cuz so many ppl loging in
Yubb yubb thats why i had it at 6. Thought my x800xt plat could handle it. 3ghz p4 2gigs ram.

Well the servers are up and running. The bad news is if the client crashes or you log out you're not going to be able to log back in until the restart the servers. Considering that's the first time they've been up in the last 5 hours + I doubt I'll get another chance 'till tomorrow

Last I heard was that Setting 5 turned on Pixel Shaders v3.0. I think... that the 5500 only had Pixel Shader v1.0 support, so try Engine 5, if that doesn't work back it down to Engine 4. It would be nice to have documentation about what features/settings each Engine level uses.
Well I'm out. I logged out to change my engine mode and I can't log back in.
Not that that's a bad thing. There were no mobs yet just a ton of people asking questions with no answers being given.
Was there for about 20 min, reconfigured keys, got lvl 2 - then they rebooted the server. Lol, after all i was reading here i was ready to see last pos... Instead i was amased. No real lag for me. Well, all graphics are down on engine 1, gonna try better ones later. I have average mashine with 500 ram, cpu around 2.x and GeForce-4 Ti 4600 (128), am on slowest 7xx dsl. I find graphics in game are more then ok (even at lowest settings), especially if you compare with WoW candyland. Fighting without pioneer pets is not that easy, but absolutely doable after you figure out how it goes - just dont attack higher stuff before you got armor-weps-skills-whatever. All in all looks very promising, if only they will be able to finish it and f***** GET ENGLISH SPEAKING MANAGER for all that communication jazz - to keep us feeded and quiet.

edit o and i think wow looks fine not cartoony to me i have see some god dam cartoon looking games and wow is not that cartoon looking
Server is down again. Could be a week or two before this this is able to support the amount of people trying to log in right now.
