Post here if you got a high end rig and still low fps

Hey everyone, first post here :)

I just want to try and see if I can figure out whats mostly causing the low fps problem even on good rigs. I have an Athlon 2800+, 1 Gig of Ram, and a Nvidia 6800GT. When I switched my card to my old one which was a 9600 Pro I got much better fps which is weird.

Post your system specs here if you have tried everything on this list and it still gives under 10fps:
1. Tried all Engine modes 1-6
2. Pixel Shading and Lighting at Low
3. Updated Video Drivers
4. Used the /QualitySetEngine Low command in game.

Maybe by doing this we can find something all of us with this problem have in common.
By the way use SystemSpec (http://www.alexnolan.net/software/sysspec.htm). Hit System Info and then edit/copy to clipboard, then paste it here. This program does not have spyware/adware.
